- Assisting with implementation of legal changes into policies and processes
- Supporting compliance activities such as right-to-work checks and record keeping

- Preparing documentation for disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management cases
- Coordinating meetings, note-taking, and follow-up actions
- Supporting investigations through evidence collation and chronology preparation
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinating recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting support, and interview logistics
